The Community Health & Information Fair (CHIF) on August 14, 2024 has been CANCELLED due to logistical challenges. If you have registered for a Pap test, a member of our team will contact you directly to discuss options for rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding.

• Referral for colorectal and/or breast cancer screening

*Please note OHIP is required for cancer screening.

• Information about Pap tests (cervical cancer screening) and other cancer screening programs (breast and colorectal cancer)

What to know before your appointment

• Please bring a valid OHIP card (Ontario Health Card) or OHIP number.
• Only female nurse practitioners provide care at our clinic. This will have no impact on your family doctor.
• Health care services and referrals are free.
